A second film, Cardcaptor Sakura Movie 2: The Sealed Card, followed in 2000. Sakura Kinomoto, Cardcaptor of the Clow Cards, successfully seals the Arrow. Cardcaptor Sakura (Episode 1 – 70) (720p|90MB). 'There will be a new lottery service for “Card Captor Sakura” in all Animate' 'e-shuushuu kawaii and moe.
Sakura was a normal fourth-grader until she stumbled upon the book of Clow Cards in her father's library. After accidentally setting the magical cards loose, it's now up to Sakura to catch them all again before they wreak havoc on the entire world! Luckily, she has her best friend Tomoyo, and Kerberos, the guardian of the cards, to help her. But when the help is more interested in costumes and video games than in Clow Cards, what's a young captor to do? And now Sakura has a rival, both in her chase for the Clow Cards and for the affections for her brother's friend Yukito. My life feels happy when i watch this. I Like all the characters in this anime.
There is much depth added into this, so much detail and care was placed in it. I'd recommend it to all who haven't seen it. It is a great place to start an anime collection. The two movies for this is a hard way to let go, but you just have to see it.:) it does do better to you.
If the series had been a little longer i think that would've even been better. There are other animes that run over 300 episodes. That's pretty crazy, but still pretty cool. Interesting to watch everything change and to see how they manage with such small budgets.
Anyhow, this is a really good anime. I really love it.
I mean my friend is looking for the Australian dub (I used those openings as an example so that it won't get mixed up with Nelvana's horrid Cardcaptors) as he seems to really like it for some reason. I even know another friend who, though realized that the Japanese Cardcaptors will always be a lot better, he still likes Nelvana's version as well. Mostly cause despite the lack of romance, it did inspire him with a lot of ideas towards the cards. (yeah, I have weird friends. XD) I guess what I'm trying to say is that I know some people like the dubs despite it being horrid and they may have their reasons for wanting to watch it. Or they could be in denial of how awesome Cardcaptor Sakura is untouched and are lazy to read subs. XD But is the Australian dub really bad?
I'm really curious about it. I thought they pretty much followed the Japanese one. I didn't think they followed Nelvana at all. Unless they did borrow from Nelvana and dubbed their own version instead?
Oh, there is no australian dub. We got the complete Nelvana dub, with the only difference being the theme songs. We got English versions of Catch You Catch Me, Platinum, Fruits Candy and Groovy. They may have gotten the same openings and endings in Canada, but don't quote me on that.
Australia doesn't dub anime, we just import dubs from the U.S or Canada. I'd be interested to see an anime dubbed here, but I just can't imagine anime characters speaking with an Aussie accent XD It's be interesting to see though, I know there was some interest from fans to have the Deltora Quest anime dubbed here since it was based on an Australian series of books. Ah, is that so! So all this time my friend has been desperately asking me to help look for an Australian dub. When it's just the same as the Americans? Very interesting.
XD I REALLY don't know what to tell him the next time he asks (and it's really random too) cause he insisted it was not by Nelvana! XD And thank you so much for the info!
I'm gonna further my studies in Australia next month so now I have a rough idea of how the animes there will be like. XD I'm tempted to ask you more questions but erm. I'll be spamming so yes, ignore me and thanks again! Oh my goodness people.
Such a big drama. We all very well know CCS is far superior to CC, but honestly, thats not what they asked. Utadachama already posted a link to CardCaptor Revolution (Formally CardCaptor Redeemer). I'm Web Staff on that site (MysticTiger) so feel free to ask me any questions. As for YouTube, you're maybe going to find random episodes if you search, but I don't know anyone who has the full series. CardCaptor Revolution is your best bet because the site does have 69 episodes + 2 movies in english for direct download.
